SMART SHOCK

SmartShock is the best way to shock, oxidize, buffer and clarify your pool's water.  Multi-functional SmartShock also kills bacteria and contains blue algae killing crystals.  Swimmers can re-enter the pool quickly after treatment.

SmartShock should be used as part of the BioGuard 3-Step or Once-A-Week 3-Step Pool Care Systems.

Routine Maintenance: Add 1 lb. of Smart Shock per 12,000 gallons directly to the pool with the pump running. Run the filter 4 - 8 hours after applying. For best results, apply weekly as part of your maintenance routine.

For treatment of resistant algae: Establish 1 - 4 ppm free chlorine residual. Then with the pump running, broadcast 5 lbs. of Smart Shock per 12,000 gallons into the pool. Brush up any undissolved product. Wait 15 minutes, then add 40 oz. of Back Up per 25,000 gallons, following Back Up label instructions. Circulate continuously for 24 hours, then brush the pool thoroughly.

NOTE: Avoid physical contact with product. Do not store near petroleum products. Follow safety information on label instructions. Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of the reach of children.

Test chlorine level prior to re-entry. Re-entry into treated swimming pools is prohibited above levels of 4 ppm chlorine due to risk of bodily injury.
